mbAIartPROJECT Analytics
mbAIartPROJECT Analytics is a private analytics tool used by the operator of mbAIartPROJECT to retrieve, store and evaluate data from the mbAIartPROJECT YouTube channel.
The tool is not offered as a public service and is not intended for use by third parties.
Google and YouTube Data
mbAIartPROJECT Analytics accesses YouTube data through official Google APIs, including:
- YouTube Data API v3
- YouTube Analytics API
The application uses read-only access.
The retrieved data may include channel statistics, video metadata, video performance metrics, subscriber-related metrics and other analytics information made available through the authorized YouTube APIs.
Purpose of Data Use
The retrieved data is used exclusively to:
- monitor the performance of the mbAIartPROJECT YouTube channel
- compare channel and video activity over time
- identify relevant changes or unusual activity
- create internal analytics reports
- support the mbAIartPROJECT Daily Pulse analytics workflow
Local Storage
Retrieved YouTube analytics data may be stored locally on the operator’s computer for historical comparison, reporting and automated analysis.
OAuth credentials, access tokens and API keys are stored separately from analytics data and are not intentionally included in analytics reports.
Use of OpenAI API
Selected analytics information may be sent to the OpenAI API for automated analytical evaluation and classification.
This may include channel metrics, video metadata, reporting periods and derived analytics context.
OAuth client secrets, OAuth tokens, Google account credentials and API keys are not intentionally transmitted to the OpenAI API.
OpenAI states that data submitted through its API is not used to train or improve its models by default unless the customer explicitly opts in. API data may be retained temporarily for abuse monitoring and security purposes in accordance with OpenAI’s applicable data policies.
Data Sharing
mbAIartPROJECT does not sell Google or YouTube user data.
Analytics data is not shared with third parties except where technically necessary for the services described above, such as processing selected analytics information through the OpenAI API.
Google authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are not intentionally shared with OpenAI or other third parties.
Data Retention
Analytics data may be retained locally for historical comparison and long-term channel analysis.
Stored data may be deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect locally stored credentials, OAuth tokens and analytics data from unauthorized access.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
